What do I do if haven't received my insurance documents?

Solution

We will send you to a link via email for you to retrieve your insurance documents which remains active for 1 week after the cover has expired.

If after one hour you haven't received your email, please check all of your mail folders to see if it has arrived. Failing that, please submit a support ticket requesting duplicate insurance documents.
