Q. I haven't received my email with my insurance documents.

A. Providing you entered your email address correctly, you will receive two emails. The first one is the payment receipt giving you a order reference. The second one will contain an extract of your insurance cover.

Please check your spam / junk folder as you email software could automatically place these items into these folders.

There is a Ł5.00 charge to post your documents to the declared address at the time of purchase. For security reasons, we are unable to post them to a different address.
