Q. My documents have not been received?

A. You are given the opportunity to print and or save these documents to your computer your insurance as clearly stated at the time of purchase. There is a Ł5.00 administration charge for the issue of duplicate documents payable by either credit or debit card over the telephone. Once payment is authorised and for security purposes, your documents will be posted 1st class to the address declared on your insurance application at the time of purchase.
